You can pay using SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, Giropay, KBC/CBC, Belfius Direct Net, iDeal and PayPal.

Orders within The Netherlands or Belgium will take approximately 1-6 office days. Other shipments can take up to 5 to 15 days. The customer is always number one, so we have a 24/7 customer service.

If the item is not damaged, or if the controller is not open, you may exchange it within 2 weeks of the purchase. Retour it’s not refundable and pay by yourself

If you have not received a confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, it is possible that the email has ended up in your spam box. If this is not the case, please contact us.

  • It depends on the country of destination. Shipments to The Netherlands cost €9 Shipments to othercountries can vary, up to €25.00. Shipping cost not refundable 
You have a 3 month warranty if the item is not damaged, or if the item is not yet opened. You also need to make sure you have a receipt. Stick drift excluded

You may cancel the order within 2 weeks. The purchased item may not have a damaged condition, otherwise this will be charged for.
