What are the payment methods?

You can pay using iDeal and Paypal.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders within The Netherlands or Belgium will take approximately 1/2 office days. Other shipments can take up to 5 to 15 days.

How can I exchange or return my purchase?

If the item is not damaged, or if the controller is not open, you may exchange it within 2 weeks of the purchase.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail?

f you have not received a confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, it is possible that the email has ended up in your spam box. If this is not the case, please contact us.

What are the delivery costs?

It depends on the country of destination. Shipments to The Netherlands cost €6.95. Shipments to other countries can vary, up to €25.00.

How long do I have a guarantee on my purchase?

You have a 3 month warranty if the item is not damaged, or if the item is not yet opened. You also need to make sure you have a receipt.

I want to cancel the purchase. Within what period should I return my purchase?

You may cancel the order within 2 weeks. The purchased item may not have a damaged condition, otherwise this will be charged for.
