You can pay using SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, Giropay, KBC/CBC, Belfius Direct Net, iDeal and PayPal.
Orders within The Netherlands or Belgium will take approximately 1-6 office days. Other shipments can take up to 5 to 15 days. The customer is always number one, so we have a 24/7 customer service.
If the item is not damaged, or if the controller is not open, you may exchange it within 2 weeks of the purchase.
If you have not received a confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, it is possible that the email has ended up in your spam box. If this is not the case, please contact us.
It depends on the country of destination. Shipments to The Netherlands cost €6.95. Shipments to other countries can vary, up to €25.00.
You have a 3 month warranty if the item is not damaged, or if the item is not yet opened. You also need to make sure you have a receipt.
You may cancel the order within 2 weeks. The purchased item may not have a damaged condition, otherwise this will be charged for.
